BRIEF CHARACTER DESCRIPTION (PERSONALITY OR HISTORY): Fee was born in Boston, MA to an immigrant couple, Kenneth and Monica Maccafferty. They were very poor; Kenneth worked at the docks until he could save enough money to form a mechanics' shop with his brother Simon. It took several years for Big Mac's garage to take off, and when Fee was born, the family lived in a studio apartment above the Lutheran church. Things were OK for awhile, but Monica eventually grew more and more unhappy, and when Fee was six, her mother abandoned the family. Kenneth sent Fee to Ireland to live with his family for a few years while he got back on his feet.
Fiona returned to the US at age 10, and returned to school. She spent her off time doing the books for her father, and assisting in the garage. Two years later, her father met a new woman, Sydney Rubinchek, and the two married the year after that. When she was 15, her brother Liam was born. Fiona graduated from High School at age 16, and went on to MIT, where she moved quickly through her grades. She was a victim of sexual assault on campus, and it's affected her whole life. At age 21, she began an internship with the FBI in New York City, where she served as the Technical Analyst for the Counter-terror unit. She has now moved to the DC office to intern at the BAU.
